✨Highlights from the European Collaboration Summit 2025
Wow! What a crazy ride at the Experts Inside x EasyLife 365 booth at ECS this year! We have been planning and preparing for nearly a year, to finally see all our ideas come to life during one of the biggest community-driven conferences in Europe with over 3000 attendees. We have great memories spending time with our colleagues, as well as connecting with our valued customers, partners, friends, community members, and everyone who visited our booth. Let's go on a little trip down memory lane to check out our highlights...
👷♀️Building up for ECS
We built an entire Saloon from the ground up for this conference. For sure, one of our biggest booths so far and we're confident to say it was the wildest booth in the west 😃 Including a bar, interactive games, and tons of Western details inside and out, it was lots of fun for our attendees to hang out at our saloon!
🍻Games, Beer, Swag, Demos, and Fun at our booth
As pictures say more than a thousands words, check out the crazy amount of fun attendees had at our booth. Our partner EasyLife 365 hosted tons of live product demos, our colleagues ensured everyone was served a cold drink, our Experts Inside members introduced our Services & MCI workshops, and of course Easy & Monsta were also on-site!
🧻No you didn't, HECK YES WE DID!
The entire conference venue was branded with EasyLife custom-made toilet paper for ECS. Because...well....they get sh%t done! We hope you had the chance to take a roll home, we already heard rumors from parents that their kids now only want to use the unicorn toilet paper ;-)
🤠Live Session by Samuel Zürcher (CEO Switzerland)
This year we had our session at prime time at the prime spot, directly in front of our booth at the Expo Main Stage. Our CEO Samuel Zürcher presented a session on EasyLife 365 and how to transform from chaos to control in your Microsoft 365 environment. Samuel also introduced the newest product in town EasyLife 365 Identity, and we surprised our session attendees with our custom-branded cowboy hats.
🗣️Live Copilot Session by Fabian Moritz (CEO Germany)
Microsoft MVP Fabian Moritz presented a breakout session on the main agenda on one of his favorite topics Copilot Studio and Azure OpenAI. A packed room with attendees, interesting topics, and great questions from the audience!
🥳 Yeeeeee-Hawwwww ECS Party Time!
What an evening! The ECS conference party took place directly in front of our booth, with live music, dinner, dancing, conversations, and fun. The "OperaHouse Band" was absolutely phenomenal, full of energy, fantastic sounds and gathering the brave ones to the dance floor :-)
⛓️💥 Oops... How the Wild West’s Cowgirl Got Busted!
Oh oh, one moment she's linedancing...and the other....well let's say Nicole Reis got "arrested" for taking the Nerf games onto the dance floor. 😂Since then, we keep teasing our sweet Nicole Reis for being rebelious.
🥇The Closing Ceremony
We had an interactive game to count the Sheriff Stars (43) across our Saloon and announced the winner live on stage. We would like to congratulate attendee Claudio Ansaldi for winning the main prize (Nintendo Switch 2)!

Next year ECS returns on May 5-7, 2026 in a new city, Cologne! After previous years in Düsseldorf and Wiesbaden, we are excited to explore the new venue location.
